Fernando’s areas of practice include Litigation & Arbitration, Corporate Commercial and Labour Law. Fernando is an Argentinian of German descent and is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Fernando commenced his articles of clerkship in August 2007 in Randburg where he obtained vast experience in litigation. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2009 where after he joined a Johannesburg law firm as an associate where he continued to work as a litigation practitioner whilst extending his knowledge and experience in Corporate Commercial Law. Fernando later became the manager of the Litigation and Corporate Commercial department before
co - founding SLKB Inc.

Out of the office, Fernando spends his time with his family and is an avid sports fan. Fernando has also recently started making his own biltong and dry wors and intends entering the realm of beer brewing in the near future.

Qualifications:

• LL.B (University of Johannesburg)
• Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa
• Certificate in Company Secretarial Work
