Naadhirah’s areas of interest include Labour Law (special interest in workplace harassment), Commercial Law, Property Law, and Private International Law.

Naadhirah completed her LL.B at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2021 and in her final year achieved the Dean’s List award. During her LL.B studies, she worked for an advocate on prominent litigation matters and gained valuable experience in legal research and drafting.

Naadhirah was selected as a mentee for the South African Chapter of the International Association of Women Judges. Under the mentorship of a senior magistrate, she was exposed to the South African judicial system and criminal law.

Naadhirah joined SLKB attorneys in 2022 to serve her articles of clerkship. She is gaining invaluable exposure in various areas of law and litigation by collaborating with directors and associates.

In her spare time Naadhirah is adventurous she enjoys hiking, yoga, and traveling. Hopefully, she will tackle mountain biking! She is currently writing a book for children which incorporates the law and social activism
